William J. Devers, Jr. President Mr. Devers was one of two people who started Trans Union Credit Information Company in the late
1960's. Mr. Devers left Trans Union in 1983 and started Devers Group as a vehicle for his private investments. Devers Group began with an acquisition
strategy, acquiring software companies in various vertical markets. Since 1983, Mr. Devers has bought and sold over 20 software concerns, including sales to EDS, Digital Equipment Corporation, DBS
Systems and more. Currently, Mr. Devers co-manages DGI Private Equity Ventures, LLC and serves on the Board of Directors for Azar Nut Company (El Paso, Texas), Chicago Children's
Memorial Hospital, Global Turnkey Systems, Inc. (Parsippany, New Jersey), Lexington Software Associates (Westford, Massachusetts), and
Schwarz Paper Company (Morton Grove, Illinois). In addition, Mr. Devers serves on Advisory Boards at Pennsylvania State University, University of
Notre Dame and is a Trustee of the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago.
Katherine D. Falcone
Executive Vice President
Ms. Falcone holds a law degree from the University of Notre
Dame and began her career as an attorney with a Denver law
firm engaged in general civil litigation. She came to
Devers Group in 1993 as Corporate Counsel, working also in
a legal advisory capacity to the various Devers Group companies.
Ms. Falcone completed her MBA at the University of Chicago
while working at Devers Group and then moved to Boston to
start Devers Group's private equity/venture capital operation.
After several successful financings in the Boston area, Ms.
Falcone moved back to Chicago to concentrate Devers Group's
venture focus in the Midwest region and to initiate and co-manage
DGI Private Equity Ventures, LLC. Ms. Falcone serves
on the Board of Directors for U.S. Shuttle (Chelsea, Massachusetts),
Global Turnkey Systems (Parsippany, New Jersey) and Devers
Group, Inc. Ms. Falcone also sits on the Entrepreneurship
Advisory Board for the University of Chicago Graduate School
of Business.
