        The Devers Private Equity Ventures, LLC concept is to provide qualified high net worth investors with the opportunity to pool resources with other accredited investors in a limited liability company. As the manager of the LLC, Devers Group conducts due diligence and negotiates the financing on behalf of the LLC, thereby allowing the investor to sidestep many of the more time consuming aspects of venture investing. This is not a blind venture fund. Each investor can choose whether or not to participate with the LLC in a particular deal and is, therefore, given more control of his or her private equity investing.  In addition, by pooling resources with a group of investors, each investor is able to participate in more attractive opportunities. This process affords each investor the chance to participate in deals with promising entrepreneurial organizations that involve venture-style risk and return without the time commitment typically involved in doing so. Finally, Devers Group or its principals invest in every deal alongside the investors thereby aligning each parties' interest with a common goal: success.

        Devers Private Equity Ventures, LLC invests in high tech organizations at an early growth stage of development. Ideally, the company has a product in place, revenues, and is seeking financing for growth and roll out of their product or service. The average investment size is in the range of $500,000 to $1,500,000. The investment might be straight equity or some combination of debt and equity, all designed in a way to maximize investor returns and provide incentives to company management. Devers Group represents the LLC's interests via a seat on the company's Board of Directors. The typical investment horizon is less than 5 years, and, to date, Devers Group has enjoyed great success.
